By accessing our website and booking sessions at Jo's House, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

2. Bee Bed Experience Sessions

Jo's House provides the bee bed experience for relaxation and stress relief. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

3. Booking and Cancellations

When booking a session, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your booking at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: service availability, errors in the description or price of the service, or safety concerns regarding the apiary environment.

4. Safety Protocols

Visitors to the Jo's House farm must adhere to all safety guidelines provided by our staff. While our bee beds are designed to be completely secure and separate you from the bees, you are visiting a working farm with active hives. You agree to follow all instructions for your safety and the safety of the hives.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Jo's House, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
